Most network marketers spend countless hours and money pursuing a business that takes more than it gives back, and after enough frustration they eventually quit. Rather than continue doing what doesnât work, try doing something that does work like attraction marketing.
Instead of wasting your time and money pursuing dead end leads that have little or no interest in your business. Try applying attraction-marketing techniques to attract highly qualified prospects to your business.
Now, doesnât that seem better than chasing prospects? Donât you think that would be a much better way of building your network? The days of using worn out old school methods like chasing your friendâs and family to join your business are gone forever.

If you can’t find a qualified person to help, don’t sit on your hands and mope, DO IT YOURSELF!
There are all kinds of seminars, workshops, sales training books as well as other mediums to learn about sales. Any Sales Manager worth his salt gives his salespeople articles and sales training books to read.
The first way sales training helps is to teach you how to be credible. Does your body language give you away? Is it telling your propect that you don’t believe a word of what you are saying? You need to be honest with your prospect. Let’s face it. Sell a crooked deal and you’ll spend more time backpedalling and doing customer service than you’ll spend actually selling. Sell it straight and clean the first time.

Motivation is the key to improved performance in any field. A Basketball or Football coach knows this so does a sales manager. From the 50s to the 70s the biggest motivation sales managers offered was, “perform or else”…Sales managers later realized that bonuses, perks, paid vacations, and gifts work as good motivators and they used the phrase “perform or else” sparingly and only in extreme situations. But even the best of monetary incentives fail to motivate sales professionals at times. Throwing money at a motivational issue cannot solve all the motivational problems.
It is the responsibility of the sales managers to keep their sales team motivated all the time. The situation can get tricky when the sales manager finds it tough to keep himself motivated. Sales professionals can lack motivation due to a number of reasons including tough market conditions such as a recessive economy. Nearly seventy percent of the sales managers have no experience of steering the sales force in a recessive economy. How can they lead the sales team in such a situation? It would be like the blind leading the blind. It is then they should consider motivational sales training by a professional trainer. Read more...

Starting a retail business means you’re excited. Did you know – by adopting Best Practice Retail Sales Performance Standards you can immediately increase your sales and profit expectations by as much as 30%!
Why – because achieving sales objectives is more than just about what’s on your shelves and what your store looks like – it’s about having a customer focused mentality driven by key performance indicators (KPI) to inform staff at every level about the condition of the playing field.
Complicated? Not at all. Retail Sales Performance is just like Sports Coaching. How would sports coaches know how to focus their athletes without statistics? How would racing car managers know how to fine tune their engines and performance – it’s all about statistics. When last did you watch a game on TV without them? They tell us about trends, behaviors, opportunities to increase performance, and they forecast the short to medium term future – enabling us to understand why and where we are heading. Read more...

Retailers in Pakistan encounter many problems as they attempt to upgrade or introduce software systems. One major obstacle is the effort required, particularly for staff training and in developing new procedures, as the organization prepares to switch over from manually driven ways of work to new system driven procedures. Another is the lack of awareness of the various options that retailers should demand from their software vendor.
Retail is an intimate, customer focused business and the technology used should reflect that.
All too often we see Retail Technology, underestimated in terms of complexity and pay offs, left to generic software houses or accounting firms to develop and implement. This approach can lead to major drawbacks as neither of these business areas have core domain knowledge of retailing and apply standard accounting procedures and process to retail.

Simply put, a press release is a unique story written in a journalistic style. It is 500 or more words and usually not more than one page in length. It includes quotes from you, the business owner, as well as quotes from employees and testimonials from customers and/or clients. It is geared towards the publication’s audience. In other words, when writing your press release think like an editor:
• What is in it for our readers…
• What will sell more ad spaces…
• What will sell more subscriptions…
• Who, What, When, Where, Why…
You cannot write a press release simply to announce a new product line, give statistics on a product that is eco-friendly, or try to drum up business for a product that could use a boost in sales, you need to think about the readers, what’s in it for them? Why should they read what you have to say? Read more...

As the commercial sector expands, the competition also increases. With globalization taking on humongous proportions, it would be safe to say that no manufacturer today enjoys a monopoly.
